The “golena” of the Oasis of Ca’ Pisani and the vast protecting poplar and willow woods that surround this branch are ideal for many birds such as the Kingfisher and Bee eater and various types of herons who nest in Ca’ Venier , the most important nesting place of “ardeidi” in the Delta park.
