You can relax, while enjoying lanes, off side roads, exploring country homes built centuries ago by the Venetians, discovering all of our bird species, and viewing the majestic River Po from different angles. Besides the birds you may also spot hares, foxes, rabbits... Notice the majestic herons, hawks, bee eaters, duck, wild swans, pink flamingoes... and so on. The Delta has also a very interesting Etruscan Roman heritage, and for centuries was the border between the Venetian Republic and Papal State.
