Horse trek

Riders will enjoy a wonderful experience, while exploring the Po Delta, taking in the local scenery, and creating a bond with their horse.

During our treck, riders will discover new lanscapes, cross fields, jump small natural obsticals, face the small but steep slopes of the riverbanks, thus enjoing a small adventure and woderful experience.

Our classic trail begins at Ca' Zen stables, where our riders will receive information on the plan of the day, and on the security rules. The itinerary can last up to four hours, and enables riders to drink in the lovely delta Scenary . At the end of the trail, after the horses have been well looked after and turned our in their paddocks or boxes with well deserved food and water, we are happy to invite you to the hay loft for a glass of wine. It is also possibile to organize pic nics along the trail or proper lunch stops according to the itinery of the day.

Riding in the Po delta is a unique opportunity to discover our fascinating region, combining love for riding with the beauty of thesorounding nature.

Book your riding experience

  • It is necessary to book plan and fix a date and time according to youragenda and to the availibility of our instructors and horses.
    From 10am to 12am and from 14pm to 18pm this is the contact no: +39 389 6885265.
  • Please pay cash in advance directly to our riding instructors . We will naturally give you a payment receipt.
  • If the riding experience has to be cancelled for various and valid reasons, it can be re planned.
  • It is possible for you to cancel the experience 48h in advance and change the date.
  • Please dress according to the occasion: Britches, riding boots, or jeans and Jodhpur boots or similar foot wear. We provide riding caps,saddles, bridle. Experienced riders are welcome to bring their own English saddle if they wish.
  • The Experience Begins from the moment you enter the stables.

Tenuta Ca’ Zen carries out its activities in compliance with current legislation regarding agritourism, with particular reference to the Veneto Regional Law of August 10, 2012, n. 28, concerning “Regulation of tourist activities related to the primary sector”.

In this context, the activity is oriented towards agritourism hospitality, which includes stays in the Villa and cottages, breakfast, and experiences directly linked to rural life, the territory, and local traditions, as provided for by the regulations.

Some experiences and activities mentioned on our channels — such as, by way of example but not limited to, excursions, boat trips, bike rentals, or outdoor activities — are offered in collaboration with selected local operators, respecting the identity and quality of the territory.

These activities:

  • are provided and managed directly by autonomous third parties
  • do not fall within the agritourism activities carried out by Tenuta Ca’ Zen pursuant to Regional Law 28/2012
  • do not involve any form of intermediation, organization, or marketing by the Tenuta

The role of Tenuta Ca’ Zen is limited to mere notification and putting in contact with local operators considered qualified, without assuming direct responsibility for the provision of the services themselves.
